LAS VEGAS -- An opportune meeting with ActionCOACH firm owner Jerry Akers led Randy Oakley to join his firm in the Cedar Rapids/Waterloo area.
“Jerry shared this opportunity with me and I also attended seminars, which exposed me to the great material and Intellectual Property of this global leader in business coaching,” he said.
Prior to switching gear into business ownership, Oakley enjoyed a career in the corporate world, first as VP and then as COO at Mickey Chrysler Dodge for 18 years.
He achieved recognition by Chrysler Corporation as one of the top 60 Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep dealers in the country as part of the Breakthru Dealer Association. He was also Chairman of the Chrysler National Automobile Dealers Association Twenty group.
“I have been a managing partner myself and can relate to the situations business owners face on a day-to-day basis. I have a background in marketing, P&L, hiring firing, training and systems –all of which will translate into my role as a Business Coach,” he said.
Oakley was particularly impressed by the systems of the franchise, which were developed and perfected by ActionCOACH founder and CEO Brad Sugars.
