The Central Maryland IAHSP Regional Chapter is a network of Accredited Staging Professional®  (ASP®) Stagers and ASP® Real Estate Agents who serve central Maryland and the surrounding areas.  Each year as ASPs, we, through IAHSP, reach out and help those in need throughout the communities we live and work, with 2009 being no exception!  The gift and magic of ASP Home Staging is creating warm, inviting, and positive changes to spaces.  ASP Home Staging may include painting, bringing in new furniture, de-cluttering, and cleaning. For more information about the 2009 IAHSP Worldwide Staging Community Service Week event and the IAHSP Foundation, please visit www.IAHSP.com/worldwidestaging or for more information about Central Maryland IAHSP Chapter, go to http://marylandchapter.iahsp.com/home.php

This year we have selected the Phyllis Wheatley YWCA, which was the first “Colored” YWCA in the United States.  Their mission is to provide affordable housing and programs to women in transition to prevent homelessness, as well as, provide outreach services to children and the community.  It has been in existence since 1905 and is now a place where women of all races, creeds and color can call home while finding jobs and working in the District of Columbia. For more information about the Phyllis Wheatley YWCA, please visit www.PWYWCA.org.

This will be a great way to end the week and network while supporting a worthwhile charity.
