July 13, 2009 - PRLog -- Two years ago black & light®, purveyors of upscale candles, (www.blackandlightco.com) contracted with Grand Traverse Industries (www.grandtraverseindustries.com) to package and fulfill product manufactured in cooperation with Bullfrog Light Company (www.bullfroglightco.com) who produces what team black & light® believes is the world’s finest unscented candle.

black & light® co is pleased to announce the completion of the technological set up that will allow Grand Traverse Industries (GTI) to handle one hundred percent of black & light’s packaging and fulfillment needs.

I am a retired elementary teacher of 25 years who recently decided to embark on a new journey in life. I had always loved candles and art, but never really thought of the two together. After meeting with a seasoned candle-maker from Northern Michigan, and spending many hours in the design room, black & light co. was born - a fusion of design and wax. Since then (2007), our candles have nestled themselves into their own niche separate from the rest of the crowded candle market. Purposely fragrance free, and made of the highest quality paraffin wax available with a 100% cotton wick, our candles provide one of the longest lasting and cleanest burns on the market. My designs are simple, clean, and sophisticated, capable of complimenting a range of styles and settings. Our candles also have the magical ability to glow from top-to-bottom when lit, something extremely unique in the wide world of candles. Handcrafted in northern Michigan, they are the perfect gift to make you glow.
