Dryer Vent Cleaning Expert in Queens, NY Comments about Recent Dryer Fire in a nearby Community

June 13, 2009 - PRLog -- Staten Island, NY – Two children who are in the second and fourth grade, recently showed that they are listening and learning the lessons they are taught in school.  Just hours after escaping from a simulated fire at the local city fire department “smoke house” they had to do it all over again---for real!

The girls didn’t panic as their home quickly filled up with smoke.  They took their grandmother’s hand and told her not to waste time looking for her shoes.  They used the lessons they learned that day to make their way safely outside.  The grandmother was very thankful of the life saving lesson the girls had learned.

The cause of the dryer was later determined to be the clothes dryer.  Over 15,000 clothes dryers are reported each year; most of them are a result of failure to clean the dryer vent and exhaust duct.
