A Potent Herbal Sleep Remedy Called The Nightcap from Homegrown Herb and Tea

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PR Log (Press Release)Jun 10, 2009 – Dreaming of a Good Night’s Sleep? According to the latest findings of the Surrey Sleep Research Centre at the University of California, you’re not alone. Most Americans sleep less than seven hours a night, and then don’t sleep that well. Chronic lack of sleep has been shown to lead to heart disease, increased stress, depression, diabetes, irritability and now, according to a study released by the University of California, brain damage. And it is not just lack of sleep. According to a study reported by the BBC, failure to enter into a deep, REM sleep can have the same effect as not sleeping at all.

Experts believe that the demands of modern life are most to blame. More and more, life is insisting that we stay awake, and when we do try to close our eyes to it, our minds never sufficiently shut down. The reset button never gets pushed. The cache of temporary files and mental clutter never get disposed of, accumulating until our brain and body become worn out leading to a host of health issues and premature aging.

“It's possible that given enough time, sleep deprivation can kill you,” said Brian Palmer of Slate. He based his conclusion on a study done with rats in the 1980s at the University of Chicago by a researcher named Allan Rechtschaffen. The study also showed considerable brain damage.

Clearly, we need our sleep.

Sarah Richards of http://www.homegrowntea.com believes she has the perfect solution. Richards, an herbalist, says the problem is that most sleep medications produce hangovers, addiction and eventually become ineffective as people develop tolerances. “A lot of people try herbs and herbal tea,” she said, “but get dissatisfied when they don't work. The problem is that most herbal remedies are made from inferior herbs that have no potency. You have to find an herbal concoction that is made from quality, organic herbs grown by a reputable grower. So much stuff they put in teas and other herbal products is neither safe or effective. It's just filler.”

She recommends a tea called “The Nightcap” sold online at http://homegrownherbandtea.com/index.php?option=com_virt ...

"The Nightcap is the most potent formulation of herbs I have every seen," she said. "It leaves no hangover and is non-addictive. It is a very powerful sedative grown by local organic farmers that is all natural, safe and organic."
