James Donnelly, the president and chief executive of the Castle Group association management company, has confirmed his participation on the upcoming Condo Vultures® panel discussion examining South Florida rental rate trends and the quest for double-digit cap rates on residential investment properties.
Based in the Broward County city of Plantation, Donnelly's 600-plus person Castle Group oversees more than 200 condominium and homeowner associations in Florida with more than 55,000 residences under management.
Donnelly joins Raul Valdes-Fauli, Miami-Dade County president of CNL Bank; national real estate analyst Jack McCabe of McCabe Research & Consulting; and Alan Ojeda, developer of the new high-rise rental tower One Broadway in Miami's Brickell Avenue area, on the Condo Vultures® Seminar Series June panel discussion. Condo Vultures® principal Peter Zalewski will moderate the discussion about the current and future trends in South Florida's rental market from an investor's perspective.
