CEPIC, the Coordination of European Picture Agencies Press Stock Heritage, announced the result of the official committee members’ vote at their annual congress in Dresden today. CEPIC represents over 1,000 picture sources in Europe, providing the single united voice for the photographic industry.
Christina becomes the youngest ever President to head CEPIC, the first woman and the first person of mixed heritage in the role. Christina has become a leading expert and authority in stock imagery since founding Image Source in 1999. Over the past ten years, the royalty free stock photography producer, renowned for its premium image quality and legal hygiene, has gone from strength to strength. Image Source now trades through an international distribution network of over 150 partners across 80 countries worldwide, with a collection of 150,000 images. Image Source will continue to lead the way in creative and pioneering high-end innovative content, by making an announcement at CEPIC of a new product launch.
In the new role of President, Christina brings a manifesto of change, transparency and inclusiveness. She is determined to make the role of CEPIC relevant to every European business working in the production, representation and distribution of visual content and to embrace new practices to drive the industry forward.
