Competition just got interesting for Mr. Britain

PRLog (Press Release) - May 22, 2009 - REGIONAL HEATS are currently underway for the UK Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation Mr Britain competition in October 2009. The London and South East heats took place on 10th May, and amongst the winners were Kevan Wilson from Cranfield in Bedfordshire.

Believe it or not Kevan turned 50 in April of this year, and so competed in the Over 50’s grouping of the competition. Not only did he win this group with flying colours, but was also invited on stage with the Over 40’s and – had the rules permitted – he would have topped that category too!  Kevan is now hotly tipped to take the Mr. Britain title at the UKBFF Finals in October.

Kevan - who trains at Atlas Fitness in Wolverton, Milton Keynes - said “It was a great honour to win the Over 50’s competition, and a completely amazing surprise to win out over the Over 40’s!  All efforts are on the finals now – let’s do Britain proud!”
