If you have paid in full for your holiday then you should submit a claim to the Civil Aviation Authority. Full details of how to do this can be found on www.atol.org.uk or email claims@cpg.org.uk
However http://www.hotels4u.com is an accommodation only supplier and may have reserved the accommodation for your booking. In order to ensure that the holiday accommodation can be honoured, we kindly request the full payment be made directly from yourselves as no payment has or will now be made to us from Freedom Direct.
This will enable us to ensure the accommodation part of your booking remains confirmed and to issue you with the relevant accommodation voucher required for checking in to your hotel upon arrival.
Please be advised that, without payment, we will be unable to guarantee the acceptance of your booking by the hotel and we will have no option but to cancel the booking.
Please visit our website and complete the short online form and our team will endeavour to respond to you within 48 hours to discuss payment regarding your forthcoming booking.
Alternatively if you wish to cancel your current
hotel reservation, state this on the online form and we will send you proof of cancellation via email. You will need confirmation of cancellation in order to pursue any future claim you wish to make from the CAA.
We will appreciate that some clients will have paid Freedom Direct for their travel arrangements, however we still need to collect payment for the accommodation element of your holiday, for which you will then be able to claim under the Freedom Direct ATOL licence.
