Silver Spring, MD (May 2, 2009) -- Caribbean Vibes Radio in collaboration with CVR Promotions, will start a weekly event in Hyattsville, Maryland showcasing the finest Washington, DC area reggae bands beginning May 5, 2009 and every Tuesday thereafter at the trendy Southern cuisine restaurant, lounge and grill, Carolina Kitchen, 6501 America Blvd Hyattsville, MD 20782.

The owner of Caribbean Vibes Radio confirms, "It's exciting to showcase reggae music among Caribbean-American professionals and to provide the area with the opportunity to network in a classy, yet down-home atmosphere. "Up and coming artists will be profiled in the near future as well as local businesses. We look forward to highlighting positive highlights of interest to our community among a chic crowd.
