Breast Implant Method Lets Patients Stay Awake

April 28, 2009 - PRLog -- A new procedure allows patients to stay awake during breast augmentation surgery. Dr. Jeffrey Caruth of Plano Aesthetics provides the “Awake Breast Augmentation.” He uses a local anesthetic which allows patients to be awake during their entire surgery. Patients are able to adjust the size of their implants, mid-surgery, so that there aren’t any surprises.
