Sage North America Senior VP and Customer Champion Stephanie Kleber today awarded Wayne Schulz and Schulz Consulting a 2008 Sage Customer Excellence award for greatly exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
The award is issued in recognition of Schulz Consulting's participation in Sage's 2008 Customer Satisfaction survey program. The program surveyed all clients of Sage Business Partners asking how likely they would be to recommend the services of their Business Partner to a friend or colleague.
A strong positive score is a measure of how well a business partner is meeting and exceeding their customers' expecations. Schulz Consulting's score was not only strong but it exceeded both the national average for all computer consultants as well as the average for all Sage Business Partners.
The measured response of Schulz Consulting's clients were at least three times higher than the national average for similar software consultants.
This award is made annually to Sage Business Partners who receive exceptional net promoter scores from their customers. In order to qualify for this award the partner must receive a measurable response from their clients and exceed average satisfaction levels.
