April 16, 2009 - PRLog -- Homeowners across the country that have been displaced by the recent severe weather and Tornados are finding an opportunity to stay at their home sites despite the damage to their homes. Displaced homeowners are turning to mobile homes and travel trailers brought directly to their home sites.

"These temporary mobile units are delivered to the homeowners, set up to local codes, and hooked into existing utilities" said Tom Lackey of Able Mobile Housing, Inc.

"Being able to live right at the home site, resume normal activities, and to oversee reconstruction on a daily basis are invaluable to these homeowners" said Lackey.

Able Mobile Housing, Inc. was founded over 30 years ago, because of the need for on-site housing immediately following a tornado in Michigan. Able offers mobile homes, park models, and travel trailers to homeowners nationwide who have had their homes damaged by natural disaster or house fire.

Able is currently working with homeowners throughout the south from the recent severe weather and tornados that ravaged that area. They also worked with homeowners during last summer's hurricane season, as well as during hurricane Katrina in 2005.
