CSRA is the creator of the internationally- known Executive's Guide to LinkedIn, a service that leverages LinkedIn for enterprise process innovation. The Executive's Guide to Facebook will advise firms on using Facebook for business.

"This is an outmoded way of thinking that overlooks the fact that all social networks are about building relationships. Business is social. Of course, the dominant social context of Facebook is playful and personal. But can you develop relationships that can lead to business? The answer is unequivocally yes."
