Great North Property Management Appoints Gargiulo VP Field Operations

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Justin J. Gargiulo, CPM as the Vice President of Field Operations. In his role, Mr. Gargiulo will oversee the Great North Property Management field organization staff, and the company’s offices in Peabody, MA; Boston, MA; Nashua, NH; Portsmouth, NH; Bretton Woods, NH; and Lebanon, NH.
Justin will focus on streamlining Great North Property Management’s internal operations, with the goal of allowing the property management team to provide the highest level of quality service in the industry.  In addition, Mr. Gargiulo will monitor the establishment of all new programs and oversee the recruitment and training of all field management executives.

Justin joined Great North Property Management in 1999 as a property manager.  In the last ten years, he established a successful track record with a multitude of Great North clients and associates while managing one of the company’s largest portfolios. Justin effectively managed the Peabody, MA operation.  He was instrumental in developing the business on the north shore and in Boston.  

Mr. Gargiulo earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics (W.S.B.E) at the University of New Hampshire.  He obtained the highly-coveted CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation in 2003, the highest level of recognition for managers awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).  
He is happily married with one son and lives on the north shore of Massachusetts.
