Carolina Films and director David Michael O’Neill have acquired screen rights to "THREAT," a novel by Pulitzer Nominee Richard Jessup (The Cincinnati Kid).
The book, is an action-suspense based thriller of Harrison Fowler who is searching for his lost identical twin having gone MIA in Viet Nam.
David Michael O’Neill (Five Aces, Player 5150) will write the script. Carolina Films will produce.
“Threat” focuses on Harrison Fowler who is searching for his lost identical twin having gone missing in action in Viet Nam. With word that his brother is being held and can be released for a 4 million dollar ransom, Harrison Fowler sets out to perfect an untraceable crime whereby he sets up the Governor of New York to fix a horse a race and pay off 30 to 1.
