Guardian Environmental Services Compny, Inc (GES) of Bear, Delaware announced today that it has been awarded a contract from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to provide Emergency and Rapid Response Services (ERRS) valued at $147.6 million.
The ERRS contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinte Quantity (IDIQ) contract with EPA Region 1. Under the terms of the contract GES will provide the EPA with emergency response and time-sensitive services to chemical & biological incidents and natural & man-made disasters. The seven-year contract consists of a 42-month base peroid with two option peroids.
