Denver – For the past several months Team Jaclyn, a group of volunteers formed to raise money to help Jaclyn Perea raise money for a kidney transplant, has been asking for donations. Jaclyn has been diagnosed with Juvenile Nephronophthisis Type 1; a genetic disorder that destroys the kidneys of young adults. She is in need of a kidney transplant.

Anyone interested in donating can find Jaclyn’s donation page at www.cotaforjaclynp.com. The site is hosted by the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA); a non-profit organization. All donations for Jaclyn are tax deductible.
