My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
My nissan 2003 350Z apparent electrical / computer veichle problems of late have been unidentifiable to us and has had to be brought in twice in the past few months for service repairs ... dealing with the owners assumed issues and all the real facts involved is not always an easy thing to resolve ... My experience has promted me to write to Elk Grove Nissan and rate them with 5's accross the rating chart provided and in addition recognize one of it's stellar employees who is primarily responsible for winning my wife and I over as lifetime customers ... Kudos to John Brooks in the Service Dept. who handled our every need and concern with professionalism ,kindness and customer service above and beyond what we have ever experienced at Toyota and other dealerships ... he made us aware of all options and kept us in the loop every step of the way ... from Towing our car in - rental options - home/ work dealer drop off transportation , warranty and most importantly costs and dealer discounts and promotions associated with the repairs needed . We both appreciate his style and type of communication skills together with his great personality that we feel represents ELK GROVE NISSAN in such a positive that as a result we plan on buying another veichle from you in the near future ...
