New web site Launch: Buyers Equity Fund

The Buyers Equity Fund will be launching a new web site on 3/1/09 to expand our alternative to down payment assistance program nationally.  Due to the unprecedented success of the program in the greater Chicago area, Florida and Texas the Fund will now allow access throughout the county.   A whole new look, more content, easy access to the fund and more information on our joint ventures.  We will also have up dated information on our marketing efforts and reference material.  

The Buyers Equity Fund (“The Fund”) founded by T.J. Wojtas is a private fund of money allocated to co-invest with individuals in real estate. The Fund allows both homebuyers and seasoned investors to convert the future equity in the property they purchase into immediate cash with no interest and no monthly payments ever.  In exchange for the cash today, the homeowner or investor agrees to share a portion of the future equity growth of the specific property with the fund.
