Feb. 9, 2009 - PRLog -- Burkulas and long time partner Kevin Martin set up shop in 1988 in a small office in Southgate.  A year later the pair incorporated as Cygnus Systems, Inc. and from there the changes have been swift and constant in their ever changing technology support business.
