Judicial Corruption Exposed at the 2008 Diana Inquest

Jan. 27, 2009 - PRLog -- Brisbane, Australia  –     A book published this week carries out a thorough investigation into the conduct of the London inquest into the 1997 deaths of Diana, Princess of Wales and Dodi Fayed in a Paris car crash.
    Titled Diana Inquest: The Untold Story, the book is written by Australian-based investigative writer and journalist John Morgan. He has spent four years studying the evidence surrounding the most significant car crash of the 20th century and closely followed the six month inquest, until it concluded in April last year.
    In the new book Morgan provides an analysis of the original inquest transcripts, clearly outlining the methods employed by the royal coroner in continually manipulating the 11 person jury.
    The 700 page work documents the key evidence that was presented to the jury, but also explains the relevance of the original police witness statements that the inquest jury were prevented from hearing or having access to. Although over 250 witnesses were heard from during the six month inquest, Morgan includes a listing of 143 critical witnesses whose evidence was never heard by the jury. The book reveals the importance of those missed witnesses.    
    The Untold Story shows that rather than bringing about closure to the victims of the tragic crash, the way in which the inquest was conducted has increased concerns that the true facts of what occurred in the Alma Tunnel in the early hours of 31 August 1997 have been covered up.
