Jan 26, 2009 – Gotügo is proud to donate its time and services to this year’s 16th Annual Komen Maryland Race for the Cure in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This race was held on Sunday, October 20, 2008 in honor and in memory of all those individuals whose lives have been impacted by breast cancer. There were approximately 32,000 participants that walked, jogged and ran to help raise more than $2.8 million!
Gotügo was one of the many donors and volunteers to help make this event a true success. Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure is dedicated to finding the cure for breast cancer. A portion of the funds are used to support the National Komen Award and Research Grant Program. This is one of the many fundraising events gotügo has contributed to this year.
