Toyota Dealer Hosts CBS42 Survivor Casting Call

Birmingham, AL, : Limbaugh Toyota will play host to CBS42 and network
producers of the popular Survivor TV series this Friday while they conduct interviews with area hopefuls vying for a spot. In keeping with the show’s motto of Outwit! Outlast! Outplay! owner Bruce Limbaugh commented, “I have no intention of entering myself, but any car dealer will tell you we are familiar with‘Outdoing!’ our competition.”
With over 300 potential contestants expected between 11AM-2PM, Limbaugh Toyota has planned to make their guests feel right at home. “We look forward to seeing who turns out, and plan on entertaining them while they wait” said Limbaugh, “so that means setting up the Survivor Savings Machine.” The glass-walled chamber is filled with prize coupons that are blown around by an attached fan. “We will find out right away who has good hand-eye coordination,” quipped Limbaugh, “its looks easier than it is, but everyone has fun trying.” The grand prize to be given away is a flat screen TV.
The Toyota factory encourages their dealers to become involved with ‘Grassroots’ promotions such as this casting call, and Limbaugh was excited about the event. “Anytime we can partner with area businesses such as CBS42, the Culinary School at Virginia College and other fine sponsors for this event, it’s an opportunity to display our attitude of teamwork,” Limbaugh said.
When asked if the Survivor Savings Machine might be a challenge for the contestants in the final network competition, Limbaugh laughed, “I don’t think they have electricity where these folks are headed.” Limbaugh Toyota is in their 21st year of business and located at Exit 120 off I-59.
