Jan. 8, 2009 - PRLog -- Detroit, MI -- Things are tough in our economy with unemployment and foreclosures.  Even responsible, hard working people are going through some very difficult times.  During a recent interview, Mark Maupin said, "This was a rough year for me. I know that a lot of Michigan contractors have been struggling to keep there heads above water.  Our economy is not the same as it was 10 years ago.  I feel blessed to have a roof over my head and to be able to work in this rough economy. I had a couple of rough month's this year and was blessed to have a few local churches help me through it. So I just feel it would only be right to give back."

Mark Runs a small painting and drywall repair company in Oakland County MI.
He has been in the home repair and restoration industry for over 10 years.  Mark would be happy to provide services to a church or charity, including interior painting, drywall installation, repair and finishing, basement finishing, finish carpentry, floor coating, fire and water damage repair and other general home remodeling and repairs.

Mark is looking to find a church or charity to provide his services to free of charge. He said " I Will provide the labor if they provide the material I have an opening in my calendar until Jan 15th and if I can find someone to help during that time it would be a great way to ring in the New Year".
