Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida negotiates long-term Renewal Lease of 3,100 sq ft of office space

Dec. 9, 2008 - PRLog -- Anne Deason, associate vice president and Andy McCaw, FMA senior vice president in the firm’s Office Group, negotiated the transaction on behalf of the tenant Daly Design Group an Orlando based full-service landscape architectural firm.

The landlord for the 74,200 square foot office building built in 1985 is Southeastern Realty Group of Orlando.
