“Each year for the past ten years, Prudential’s team has been making Toys For Tots a priority in their holiday giving,” said United States Marine Corps Master Sergeant Sonny Rodgers, program manager for the Las Vegas Toys For Tots campaign. “I estimate they have given at least 25,000 toys to children who would otherwise not have a happy holiday. They have a goal of donating more than 2,500 toys again this year, which will really help in a season where more children than ever will really appreciate their gifts.”
All toys donated to Toys For Tots, a program operated by the Marine Corps, remain in their communities and are given to children though local non-profit organizations and private foundations. “The donations we receive can really make a child’s holiday a happy one,” said Rodgers. “Prudential’
The public is invited to drop off new, unwrapped toys at any Prudential Americana Group office through December 19. The toys will be given to children up to 17 years of age.
“It is our privilege to share some of our good fortune with the children of Las Vegas,” said George Head, broker sales manager for Prudential Americana Group. Head has organized the company’s Toys For Tots program since its inception and attributes the program’s success to the individuals who make it a priority every year.
“Prudential Americana Group has been an integral part of the Las Vegas community for more than 25 years,” he said. “Because all of the toys are distributed in Las Vegas, we know that we’re helping the children of our community have a brighter holiday.”
Stop by any Prudential Americana Group office by December 19 to drop off a new, unwrapped present for Toys For Tots. Prudential Americana Group offices are open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at the following locations:
