Well, you have come to the right pageant!  By becoming a local delegate in the North Carolina International System, and representing a local title, ladies will have the opportunity to partake in the new partnership with Patrick Talent Agency . This means that MNCI delegates, will have the opportunity to enjoy various paid modeling events all around the state and beyond.  MNCI local delegates have the opportunity for the entire year from paid application fee to the crowning ceremony of the next year (one full year) to be part of the Patrick Talent/North Carolina International Partnership!
