Carlyal Captial Acquires SecureIDGuard

Aug. 11, 2008 - PRLog -- Carlyal Capital LLC announced today that it has completed its acquisition of SecureIDGuard (www.secureidguard.com), a privately-owned start-up company with its principal operations in New York.

In acquiring SecureIDGuard, Carlyal will be expanding its holdings in Security, an area where they already have made several investments.
