SAN ANTONIO — The 10th Annual Texas Deer Association (TDA) Convention & Trade Show will attract thousands of deer enthusiasts to San Antonio this month and will present one of the most stellar seminar schedules ever offered by the Texas deer industry’s largest non-profit association.
The TDA’s single, largest event of the year will showcase nearly 150 exhibitors from the hunting and deer industries including fund-raising auctions that will feature whitetail hunts, hunting equipment and other exciting opportunities. In addition, the 10th annual event will host numerous in-depth, educational seminars on deer and game management, herd health, deer breeding techniques and business operations. Some of the notable guest speakers include Dr. James C. Kroll (aka ‘Dr. Deer) of the Institute for White-tailed Deer Management and Research, Stephen F. Austin State University; Dr. Ray Favero of Whitetail Genetics, Dr. Brandt Cassidy, director of laboratory operations for DNA Solutions; and many other renowned industry experts.
