Dr. Judy Wood has filed an appeal regarding the decision handed down by Hon. George B. Daniels on June 26, 2008. Her appeal is now pending in the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. Dr. Wood asserts that Judge Daniels erred in ordering the dismissal of her case and will detail the reasons in support of her appeal in an appellate brief that will be filed in accordance with a schedule that will be issued by the Court of Appeals. No additional statements about the appeal are anticipated at this time.
