Amu diversifis in to Wind Power

PRLog (Press Release) – Jun 22, 2008 – Amu an Indian manufacturer of engineering components ( http://www.amubrass.com )  has decided to diversify in to generation of wind energy with collbaration with a Ditch company.

The total outlay  of the project is 17.9 million dollars which would be funded by ST bank  and partly by internal accruals.

The unit will be set up neat Dwarka , an area known to attract many wind energy companies.

Presently Amu is know for manufacturing Brass components Brass turned parts Brass inserts ( http://www.amubrass.com/brass-inserts.htm ) Brass Anchors fasteners ( http://www.amubrass.com/brass-anchors.htm) etc.

Mr. Hitesh Shah the Exports director of the company is positive to break even in the very first year with envisaged profit for FY 2010 of US$ 3 Million. The company also has plans for IPO once the production comes on stream and current company products like Brass fasteners anchors turned parts Bronze billets are well received in the European markets
