USEletters are custom designed for each client, but the end result is the same – success, whether you measure that in responses to a questionnaire or increased subscriptions. Personalized USEletters include: INITIAL DESIGN of the USEletter. You can create your USEletter in any size, including 11”x17” folded to 8-1/2”x11” INITIAL MAILING RECOMMENDATION. Daba will review your budget and your goals and help you determine how you should mail your USEletter. If outer envelopes are required the design of that envelope is included. Any size or color of envelope is available, including display window (window covering entire side on envelope). Envelope copy and graphics design and printing are available if needed. NAMING AND HEADER DESIGN. Creating a name and header logo for your newsletter based on consistency with your logo and current literature and website are included. COPYWRITING AND SPOT ART. You can supply the copy to Daba in a Word or RTF format or Daba can create copy from outlines. Approximately 35% of the space for each USEletter is dedicated to information other then your company products and services… this space is what makes our USEletters WORK! Daba will research and determine what form of information should be placed in these areas, write the copy, design the spot art and place the information along with the supplied information into the final USEletter. INTERACTIVE ELEMENTS. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish and we will create interactive elements within the USEletter to help you reach your goals. The end result may include personalized puzzles, contests, response forms – it is different for every customer and every USEletter. PERSONALIZATION. Once the rough of the initial USEletter is created, Daba will work with your database to creatively personalize YOUR USEletter. We are not talking about simply personalizing an address block on an outer envelope, we mean personalizing your USEletter in creative way… front-page letters using the receiver’s first name; personalized WordSearch puzzles using the receiver’s name in the puzzle and as the first word to find; personalized contests, subscription or questionnaire forms using all the database information you have in a precompleted form… the uses are endless. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS. If the USEletter involves a response form, then the respondents should receive a promotional item. Working with Daba you can be sure of one thing – the promo item will NOT be the same-old, same-old. We can even use your database to create cost-effective personalized promotional items which include your logo, such as promotional bookmarks, calendars and notepads. PERFORATIONS AND INSERTS. If your goal is to obtain response, we can either insert a response form and reply envelope, insert a self-mailer response form (postcard) or perforate a response form directly into the newsletter. For any of these or other options the ability exists to precomplete the forms using your database, which increases the number of responses. PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION. When the final design is approved Daba can print, personalize and distribute each USEletter for you. YOU CONTROL.
