In its latest employment survey, financial staffing leader, Accounting Partners, reports that 42% of employees polled are unsatisfied in their current position. Employees surveyed were all accounting and finance professionals ranging from staff accountants to CFO's. 44% of those polled were satisfied in their job with 14% polled categorizing themselves as Extremely satisfied. "Internally, we were surprised with the high number of unsatisfied candidates in the workplace" commented President Ted Macauley. "In a hot job market like the one we are experiencing, this will lead to more turnover as opportunities are plentiful."
