The new enhanced portfolio of support offerings from TC Resources includes an expanded capability for the delivery of site surveys and installations. Additionally, the company is incorporating a new suite of “on-demand” support and break/fix maintenance capabilities including remote technical support, parts replacement and onsite support. These services will complement the company’s existing professional service and product offerings.

TC Resources will utilize a network of onsite support technicians located throughout the United States as well as a centrally located technical support center staffed 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week to deliver its enhanced support services. This new model will allow the company to offer a variety of onsite response times to its customers without the need to add-on costly zone charges or travel expenses. TC Resources’ customers will now be able to select from 24x7 or 8x5 coverage by location with 4-hour, Next Business Day, and 2-3 day onsite response time available in most major cities throughout the United States.
