FSBO HELP in North Carolina

The new service offering is a new limited service listing for property owners who are attempting to sell their property without an agent.

According to Chris Roark, the offering is a limited service listing that allows the property owner to list their property within the Triangle Multiple Listing Service system for a flat fee. Basically the property owner completes a MLS submission form, signs listing contract, and provides payment based on one of three options. “We should have the listing posted to MLS within 48 hours of completion of this process,” Chris Roark explains.

Chris Roark explained that listing the property in the Triangle MLS provides the property owner with great exposure. Currently the Triangle MLS services over 8,000 REALTORS® servicing 19 counties in the greater Triangle area. These counties include Wake, Durham, Franklin, Johnston, Nash, Harnett, Warren, Halifax, Sampson, Granville, Vance, Wilson, Wayne, Person, Alamance, Lee, Chatham, Gaston Lake, and Kerr Lake of North Carolina. Property is entered into a state-of-the-art database compiles over 18,000 active listings on homes for sale at any one time and totals over 49,000 listings annually.
