Sept. 11, 2012 - PRLog -- In the heart of Birkenhead Wirral is an entrepreneur who is making waves in the world of Franchising businesses and bringing her experience and extraordinary success to other companies.

Green Frog consultancy 'The franchise people' are still door to door, in as much as they are constantly scouring for successful business people who have reached a certain point in their endeavours, and are not sure about the next evolutionary step. Sandra Venables the owner, pinpoints great brands she knows the rest of the country and beyond will enjoy, and has the vision to see where that brand will be in 5 years.

In 2004 she set up a small cleaning company on the Wirral and in just eight short years has 37 franchised cleaning companies in UK and in Portugal, bearing the name 'Well polished'

We met up with her as she was organising the launch party of her latest franchise: Trendy Pooches in Hoylake on the Wirral, where prospective franchisees had come to meet her and her new franchisor and find out the benefits of franchising.

"You can't really go wrong with franchising as long as you are dedicated, not too maverick, and you are not hell bent on making an original mistake" She told us.

"When we decided to franchise Well Polished, we paid a small fortune to a franchising consultant and we had very little after service, we got our manual and a 'pat on the back and off you go,' We made many mistakes, but we always learned from it, dusted ourselves off each time, and carried on, and we survived and made it." Sandra continued.

Now 8 years later with all that success, Sandra has set up Green Frog consultancy as a helping hand to companies who want to take a leap in the right direction, and brand their company around the UK and eventually Europe, as she has done with Well Polished.

"On your own but not on your own" She explained;
"We want to be part of our franchisors success, and be with them every stage of the way, so much so, that we are always looking for successful companies who have a great business idea, a good local brand and are growing. We walk them through the lengthy process of franchising, all the legal aspects, the training of the new franchisees, and their induction to selling and marketing the services, the Franchise launch, and making each franchisee who buys into the brand a success."

We spoke with Glynis Stewart the owner of 'Trendy Pooches' a local phenomenon in the area with dog owners singing her praises for her dog grooming, dedication, and friendly way with their family pets:

"Green Frog consultancy found me, and I had an initial meeting and they explained that if we had Trendy Pooch dog grooming outlets around the country duplicating exactly the same successful formula here in Hoylake Wirral, we could expect around 15% each month from the profits forever, giving us a residual income over and above what we receive here at the first parlour. I gave it some thought and met up with another franchise consultant for a second opinion, but we were soon back to Green frog as the value and service given is second to none, so now we have launched and Green frog is even helping us to find our first few franchisees, this is a very exciting time for us"

Green Frog has trained franchisors in the Beauty sector, Gymnasiums, life coaching, computer training and social media as well as many others, and she revels in what she says is:

"The law of attraction, which  means if you help enough other people become successful you will automatically find your own success"

There is a saying in business circles that if Green Frog has not knocked on your door yet, you are probably some way off real success.
