Newly Launched Book Publishing Services Website Giving the Big Guys A Run For Their Money

The most newly launched book publishing services company Flipping The Script has many well established self publishing book companies seeing red
Aug. 25, 2010 - PRLog -- A new startup company launched their book publishing services website today in hopes of giving the big guys a run for their money.  Alexander Rhea (CEO and President) of flipping the script has come on the scene and they are taking the ebook publishing services business by storm.

"I saw the need for an economical and customer helpful service that is simply lacking among most of the bigger, well known companies", Rhea states.  "You don't get the feeling that they are really helpful to you". "Most are strictly pro website, you don't get a human being most of the time no matter how many times you call them and leave a message for them to call you back and when you do manage to catch them available to ask them questions, they seem to be annoyed and bothered about wanting to answer your             questions".  "Most people are not that tech savvy and want to feel comfortable with their experience in getting their book published and available on the web". "I just want to provide them with a great service that is cost effect, customer friendly and leave them feeling that they are more informed than when they first calle", he added.

The company offers a very cost effective but highly professional and customer focused ebook service that electronically accepts manuscripts through their website, converts the manuscript and places them on Amazon for sale on Kindle ereaders.  No personal financial information is exchanged and payments are made through PayPal services.  The company uses a temporary username, password and account information in order for the file to be made available on Amazon Kindle, sends that information back to the customer to then login with that information to create their own username, password and account.  All other none private settings are done and the file is already kindle ready for sale.

The company already has over sixty orders from it's first day online and is expected to take in as more than one thousand orders by years end.  "Other companies in this business are charging four to five times as we are and don't go that extra mile for their customers as we do", Mr. Rhea says.

Some customers we spoke with had this to say about the company:

"I admit, I was a little skeptical using this service at first but once I received the finished service from FlippingTheScript, I was very pleassed with the results.  Alex knows his stuff, he was very professional and thorough with my manuscript being available for sale on the Kindle and gave me some very valuable tips on marketing my ebook well after I used his service.  I definitely recommend anyone wanting to start out in getting their work published electronically to use FlippingTheScript service.  It's well worth the relatively small investment and I received that back several times over in Kindle sales".
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Mark - Brooklyn, NY

"I thanked them for all of their help in getting my spiritual works I created realized and available for sale of the Kindle.  I would have never been able to get my project off the ground with the amount of  money all of those other self publishing web sites charge.  They could easily charge much more for their service, but I'm glad they don't".
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Loretta - Queens, NY

"I stumbled across their site by accident searching many self publishing services out there.  So many of them charge a lot and if you make mistakes, hit you up for even more.  I'm not that tech saavy and didn't know which one was the best to use.  They seemed to be bothered when I wanted to ask a few questions.  How could a company treat a potential customer like that.  After speaking and understanding what I get from their service, I did'nt look any further and chose them based on their kindness, professionalism and manners".
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Leon - New Brunswick, NJ

"I always wanted to publish an e-book but did not know how.  They explained the process to me in an easy to understand manner and helped me every step of the way.  Alex is very knowledgable and informative on this subject and was available for any questions and concerns that I had.  He did what no self publishing company out there does: Provide a very personable service and pleasant experience at a very competitive price.

Ryan G. - Staten Island, NY

After speaking with some of the companies patrons, I asked Mr. Rhea how did he come up with naming the company Flipping The Script? His answer simply was: I am "Flipping The Script" on companies in this industry that scores poorly with customer service and we provide the same high quality product at an unheard of low price.

With a name like flipping the script, this company is surely to stir up a much needed look
at what big companies are doing and take some people skills from a little guy.
