Prison Fellowship Zambia supports intentions from Dr. Mahtani

LUSAKA, Zambia - Jan. 16, 2023 - PRLog -- On 25^th May 2022, which is celebrated as Africa Day, President of Zambia Hakainde Hichilema announced that he is planning to abolish the death penalty row. Noted businessman, philanthropist and charity worker Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani has extended his full legal and regulatory support towards ensuring that the decision from the Zambian President becomes a reality soon. Prison Fellowship Zambia (PFZ), a noted Christian Outreach Program focusing on bringing the teachings of the Almighty God to the prisoners, ex-prisoners and their families in Zambia. Prison Fellowship Zambia (PFZ) works on a similar front wherein it helps prisoners become dedicated towards god with his teachings. It should be noted here that Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani was awarded with the Forbes 'Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year' award in 2021. This award is a part of the Forbes 'Best of Africa' awards presented to African businessmen and personalities with long-term dedication towards sustainable economic and social development of Zambia and its people. Dr. Mahtani also praised president Hichilema by stating that only an individual who supports 'right to live', fundamental human rights as well as is a lover of god will be able to make such bold yet rightful decision.
