Intelassist Names John Alvaran as Asst. Operations Mgr. and Jeazel Magnaye as Recruitment Supervisor

MANILA, Philippines - July 6, 2022 - PRLog -- Intelassist announced this past week the promotion of John "Renz" Alvaran to Assistant Operations Manager and the hiring of Jeazel Magnaye as Recruitment Supervisor. Both employees have assumed responsibilities on June 21st.

With over 10 years of leadership experience in the BPO industry, Renz has greatly contributed to the growth of Intelassist. In the past year that he has been Intelassist's Assistant Project Manager, Renz has developed well-rounded agents and team leaders, while also initiating process improvements and supporting the launch of new systems for one of Intelassist's largest home appliance manufacturing clients.

As Assistant Operations Manager at Intelassist, Renz will oversee the operations team of several projects going forward and will report directly to Cherrie Salazar, Operations Manager. "The promotion of Renz is a worthy decision," said Cherrie Salazar. "With his set of skills and knowledge, he is an asset to the team. His hard work adds the right spice to the success recipe of the company."

John "Renz" Alvaran received his B.S. in Mathematics from Polytechnic University of the Philippines in Manila.

For over four years following her academic career, Jeazel Magnaye worked in recruitment at Concentrix, working her way up from a recruitment coordinator to a recruitment supervisor. In her role as a senior recruitment specialist, Jeazel was recognized as a Concentrix "Rockstar" for her exceptional performance in presenting job offers, creating contracts, and endorsing qualified candidates for final interviews. Promoted to a recruitment supervisor, Jeazel then handled senior recruitment and was awarded again for her outstanding work.
