Republic of Congo 2016 License Round and Technical Roadshow

CAPE TOWN, South Africa - Oct. 15, 2015 - PRLog -- 22nd Africa Oil Week 2015, Cape Town, South Africa: 26-30th October 2015

The 22nd Africa Oil Week 2015 (26-30th October) in Cape Town features over 40 Governments, National Oil Companies and Licensing Agencies, plus several Ministers and Government Delegations.

A stand-out Roadshow event is the Republic of Congo Licensing Round 2016, announced and opened at the Africa Upstream Conference.

Following formal ratification of the new Petroleum Code by Parliament, HE Jean-Marc Thystere Tchicaya, Ministre des Hydrocarbures de la République du Congo, will inaugurate the 2016 License Round of open blocks in the Coastal and Cuvette Basins in 2016.

The Minister will also host a Technical Roadshow - with the PSC Template, timing, terms and conditions presented during the Roadshow, and with Ministerial, DGH and SNPC Delegations in attendance.

The License Round and Roadshow is supported by PGS.

The Roadshow is only open to registered Delegates at the 22nd Africa Oil Week.
