ROMA Moulding CEO Ready To WOW Toronto Entrepreneurs

VAUGHAN, Ontario - Sept. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- Since the 2008 economic meltdown, many entrepreneurs have been hit hard.

Despite the challenges, they keep finding a way to succeed.

They are the unsung heroes of our economy.

ROMA Moulding CEO, Tony Gareri understands.

As a business owner, he employs over 100 people, his company sells popular handcrafted Italian artisan picture frames and he helps small businesses achieve excellence through his inspiring talks.

All wasn't perfect a few years ago. He vividly recalls the impact of the 2008 recession.

"It was terrible," said Gareri. "We were losing tons of money. Our work environment was toxic. Our best people were leaving and the culture vampires were running rampant. But, fortunately, I discovered by focusing on the happiness of our staff, things would change for the better."

And they did.

ROMA Moulding was voted the 2014 Manufacturer of the Year by the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce.

"Tony is great. He reignited that brand at its lowest point. It's a terrific story that will certainly motivate our entrepreneurs," explained Michael Palmer, co-founder of the Entrepreneurs Circle (eCircle), which features peer groups of successful business owners who want to take their enterprises to the next level.

Gareri, whose mission is to improve workplace culture, feels speaking with business owners is always a great way to exchange ideas.

"I'm a constant learner. I welcome the opportunity to understand other people's experiences," says Gareri. "Having the chance to meet my friends at eCircle is a perfect fit because you never know what new things you can absorb to better your life and business and vice versa with what I can provide others."

On October 22nd at 9:30am, the eCircle group will meet with Gareri then take a tour of the ROMA Moulding facility to see firsthand what a winning work culture looks like.
