E-Visa Requirements:

1. Application form

The application form must be filled in block letters and duly signed by the tourist. One must carefully read the instruction before and while filling the form up.

2. Passport size photographs

The passport size photographs submitted must cover the applicant from head up till shoulders with a white background. These must necessarily be in JPEG format in high resolution.

3. Passport or Travel documents

A copy of passport is mandatory. In case the applicant has valid travel documents that are valid for 6 months from entry to Azerbaijan, they may be equivalent too. Either or both of these, must be submitted in colour and high resolution.

4. Visa fee payment

A copy of confirmation orreceipt of payment for relevant visa fee must be submitted.

5. Hotel booking voucher


The visa will be issued for the number of day hotel bookings are made, making it compulsory for you to submit the booking voucher.

6. Travel confirmation

Air ticket or reservation confirmation or details for other modes of transportation, if separate from airways, must be mentioned. If the applicant is traveling by vehicle, the registration number and other relevant details must be provided.
