Cornerstone's "Ladies Who Lunch" Promotion

June 8, 2015 - PRLog -- Cornerstone offers “Ladies Who Lunch”, a promotion full of fresh, captivating flavors and modern flair to stimulate the senses and palates of ladies, at KRW 40,000 per person.

Start by sharing a “design your own salad” appetizer with homemade dressings, then enjoy assorted main dishes including steak sandwich, pasta, a fish of the day and roasted vegetables. Five kinds of mini desserts will be served to each lady to perfectly complement the lunch with sweetness and variety, and free flow of coffee is available. The main dish selections rotate each week, and the set is available for parties of two or more ladies. The price is KRW 40,000 per person.

Guests can create their own salad, choosing a dressing and four ingredients selected from the freshest vegetables and fruits, including olives, poached eggs, tomatoes, roasted nuts, bacon chips and avocados. The three choices from the main course selections including a fish of the day, squid ink spaghetti, bottarga linguine, mozzarella tortelli, steak sandwich and a Cornerstone beef burger can be enjoyed, and are served with vegetables roasted in the open kitchen. Five kinds of mini desserts will be offered for each person, including a berriolette tart, opera cake, cheesecake, espresso-cup tiramisu and two scoops of ice cream. Free flow of coffee is available to complement these sweet desserts, allowing ladies to spend a leisurely afternoon with friends.
