Award-Winning Website, tuja wellness, to Launch 21-Day Eat Clean Challenge

Award-winning Canadian health and wellness website, tuja wellness, is excited to announce their upcoming 21-Day Eat Clean Challenge.
 
BANFF, Alberta - April 29, 2015 - PRLog -- The challenge launches on Monday, May 4th, and runs for three consecutive weeks.This challenge provides a healthy, tasty, professionally-supported way to reset their bodies just in time for the arrival of summer.

What makes tuja’s clean eating challenge unique? First of all, it’s not extreme. So many people think a cleanse or detox has to be super restrictive and super difficult. This challenge is all about slowly working toward a healthier way of eating that will make the participant feel better and realize that it’s a sustainable way of eating. Taking the tuja 21-Day Eat Clean Challenge is free, however participants can get  3 weeks of daily meal plans, grocery lists, a clean eating recipe eBook, and access to holistic nutritionists  for a just $12. Either way, tuja is excited to help their tujis get healthy, not hangry this May.
