Park Hyatt Seoul celebrates its 10th Anniversary

From April 1, Park Hyatt Seoul will launch a series of special events and promotions under the theme of ‘Decade of Excellence’ to express its sincere gratitude to guests for their continuing encouragement and support.

Facebook Event (April 1–12):To kick off the ‘A Decade of Excellence’ special events, Park Hyatt Seoul launches a photo contest through Facebook and Instagram, from April 1–12. During the fortnight, entrants can upload photographs of Park Hyatt Seoul to their Instagram pages with the hashtag #PHS_10 and a short description. On April 15, the best images will be announced and winners will receive prizes including one-night stays in a Diplomatic Suite (breakfast inclusive, valued at KRW 4,080,000), a Park Suite (breakfast inclusive, valued at KRW 730,000) or a Park Deluxe (breakfast inclusive, valued at KRW 546,000); set dinner for two at Cornerstone (valued at KRW 280,000); a signature spa treatment at Park Club Spa (valued at KRW 210,000); weekend brunch for two at Cornerstone (valued at KRW 198,000); set dinner for two at The Lounge (valued at KRW 190,000); Japanese buffet for two at The Timber House (valued at KRW 136,000);and an afternoon tea set for two at The Lounge (valued at KRW 76,000).

Park Hyatt Seoul’s Lucky Bag (May 2~3): On May 2 and 3, a limited number of Park Hyatt Seoul’s Lucky Bags will be available for sale at Cornerstone, The Lounge and Park Club. A Lucky Bag is priced at KRW 200,000, and contains randomly selected items valued between KRW 430,000 and KRW 4,240,000, such as vouchers for one-night stays in a Diplomatic Suite (valued at KRW 4,020,000) or a Park Suite (valued at KRW 644,000), dining offerings and spa treatments; as well as collectable gift items and signature items representing Park Hyatt Seoul. Food and Beverage Promotions

‘Ten of Ten’ at Cornerstone (April 16-30): Cornerstone presents a ‘10 of 10’ menu, a five-course lunch/dinner set featuring ten of the most beloved signature menus from the past decade. Fresh octopus salad topped with taggiasca olives (2007), lobster chevice (2011), oxtail mushroom terrine (2005) and seared crab cake with spicy remoulade sauce (2009) are served in little dishes as appetizers, followed by the likes of Mediterranean seafood soup (2008) and linguine pasta with prawns and bottarga (2010). In addition, main dishes including oven roasted chik-so beef entrecote (2014), horse steak tagliata (2013) and New Zealand rack of lamb (2006) will be placed on one plate, while strawberry fritters topped with warm chocolate sauce will be offered as a dessert. The price is KRW 140,000 per person and menus paired with wines for each course can be enjoyed at KRW 210,000 per person. (tax inclusive / no service charges)

“A Decade of Excellence” Cocktail (April–December): To mark the 10^th anniversary milestone of Park Hyatt Seoul, The Timber House has created a unique ‘A Decade of Excellence’ cocktail, available until the end of the year. Served in a tall and sleek martini glass with an extra-long stem, the cocktail features a sweet and sophisticated taste combined with Tanqueray No. Ten gin, Calvados apple brandy, rosemary syrup, apple juice and lemon juice. According to its creator, Park Hyatt Seoul mixologist Brian Jo, the garnish of fanned Korean pear “represents the hotel’s growth and development over the last decade and its leap towards a brilliant future, like the flap of butterfly wings soaring into the sky.” The cocktail is priced at KRW 30,000 per glass, and guests who purchase the cocktail can enjoy a second for free from April 15 to 25. “A Decade of Excellence” Gift Set (April-December): From April to December, Park Hyatt Seoul presents special gift sets of premium champagne in limited quantities. Louis Roederer champagne, which is known as “the champagne of emperors”, has been specially labeled to celebrate Park Hyatt Seoul’s 10th anniversary, and is priced at KRW 125,000 per bottle. Another set includes a bottle of Louis Roederer champagne as well as Parmiziano Biscuit Sable (180g), Pate De Fruit(250g) and Worak Honeycomb(550g), and is priced at KRW 250,000.
