Zampell Successfully Merges Danish Subsidiaries to form Zampell A/S

COPENHAGEN, Denmark - March 24, 2015 - PRLog -- Zampell Companies - In 2015, Refcon A/S and Schmidt & Danielsen A/S, two Danish companies with proud traditions in refractory, merged to form a new organization, Zampell A/S.  These two companies became part of the family owned company, Zampell, in 2013.   Zampell is a leader in the refractory industry with many years of experience, technical knowledge, and financial capabilities, which makes Zampell a solid partner in Denmark for both existing and new customers.

The aim of the merger is, as always, to provide high quality refractory services to Zampell’s many customers and to do so throughout the USA and Europe.  Through the combination of Zampell, Refcon A/S, and Schmidt & Danielsen A/S, there are increased opportunities and knowledge with a unified approach to carrying out tasks.  Zampell A/S will continue the Zampell model by having each office maintain its own resources and installation personnel, enabling Zampell to respond on short notice for customer emergencies.  The greatest benefit for the merger is that it creates an environment where knowledge will be shared across offices in the USA, UK, and Denmark.  Having access to multiple solutions in a variety of industries will enhance Zampell’s overall capacity to provide the best service to their customers.
