If your products are normal cream without any strong fragrance or irritant ingredient, normal PE single layer tube will be enough and more cheaper than plastic aluminum tube. Because the single layer tube is suitable for the normal cream including face wash ,face shave ,cleaning shampoo, cleaning moisture, eye gel, hand care ,skincare cream and BB cream, CC cream and so on .This kind of cream is very gentle which will not occur chemical reaction from the PE tube.

As for the strong fragrance or irritant ingredient cream, the survey from the test appear that it can not use the single layer tube to filling it because the chemical reaction will take place in the tube. This reaction will take the other material to the cream which will make the product not qualified.

Therefore, when the product comes to the PSF cream or the irritant cream, it is the best choice for multi-layer tube than the single layer tube. It would be better to consider both of the tube structure usage and price for the cosmetics packaging.
