CruiseBay appoints BIT Air Travels as its City Partner for Bangalore

PUNE, India - Dec. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- CruiseBay, India’s first and only Cruises-only Holiday Company has appointed BIT Air Travels Pvt Ltd (BIT) as it City Partner for Bangalore. As part of its agreement, BIT Air Travels has set up the CruiseBay Lounge at its office located in Raheja Plaza (next to Lifestyle) on the Commissariat Road in Bangalore.

The CruiseBay Lounge is a dedicated area in the City Partner’s travel agency premises where clients can plan their cruise holiday in a relaxed atmosphere with specially trained cruise consultants. At the lounge, clients can browse cruise brochures and view DVD’s of various cruise ships to better understand the facilities and amenities offered by them.

This is CruiseBay’s sixth lounge in India - the other cities where it has set up CruiseBay Lounges are Pune, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad. Talking on the occasion of the launch, Mr. Nikhil Thakurdas, Director – CruiseBay said ‘Cruising is a great holiday experience but the awareness of cruises is generally low. Less than 1% of the 14 million outbound travelers from India take a cruise on their holiday.
