By: The Watah School Since opening The Watah School (previously anitafrika dub theatre) in 2008, over 500 artist have benefitted from workshops, courses, conferences, events, one-on-one mentorship and residenceis. Our largest artist-in-residence program, Performing Arts Training Intensive (PATI), offers tuition-free arts training to young emerging artists. PATI is not funded by any external funding bodies. The #WatahOurRoots fundraising campaign is to raise basic essentials to support the PATI residency. The entire funding campaign ends on Monday December 22, 2014.
